I would rate this a perfect 10 if it was possible! The product itself is amazing and perfect for us that worry about our babies when we leave the house. I can see what they are up to anywhere I go whenever I want. When it’s pitch black it has a night vision camera so you can still see them. I was hesitant at 1st thinking my 2 yr old 115lb german shepherd would just plow it over when he first heard my voice but thanks to the training video and advice on how to introduce your pet to it that didnt happen. If anyone reading this worries about your pets while away then trust me you want this!! Also very importantly the customer service team is mind blowing professional, patient and kind!!

When I got my Furbo I had problems making my smart phone work with it-NOTHING to do with the Furbo-but the Furbo people were extremely wonderful and helped me know what to do! Once I called my carrier and I told them what the great Furbo folks said, they got my issue fixed! So customer service is beyond excellent! Then, once that was all fixed up I got to experience how magnificent this invention is! I was an hour away from home through this so I connected, and it was sooooo wonderful to see my dogs and know they were doing ok! Then I talked to them and gave them all treats! It was incredibly cool! They went and laid back down and I watched them sleep happily while my husband drove us home! That hour drive was no longer stressful with me all kinds of anxious about the pups! I was super relaxed being able to see, talk and treat them even though I was so far away! Every time I have to go somewhere I now go with a new peace of mind and calm all thanks to Furbo! It works like a charm and is actually a rather attractive piece! The wooden top is a lovely touch! My family, 2 legged and 4 legged absolutely adore our Furbo! Worth every cent! Thank you, Furbo! The picture shows one of my girls as she hears the treat getting ready to pop out to her! (This is my honest opinion, NOT paid in any way to review this-I just SOOOOOOO love this creation and believe everyone needs one!)

I bought this item for my girlfriend who is deployed overseas in Bahrain. She loves her dog more than anything so I knew this would be a perfect gift for her. The first night I had the Furbo I was awaken several times in the middle of the night by high pitched squealing and giggling of glee from my gf not being able to contain herself. She was so excited to see him, talk to him and give him treats and OH BOY does she like giving him treats! By the time she gets back from her deployment I am sure he will be overweight and wont be able to run to her when she gets home. Thanks Furbo, your product is awesome and we all love it!

I thoroughly enjoy this camera. One of things I like about this product that I did not see mentioned in other reviews is that it is very easy to move around the house after you do the first setup to connect to wifi using the app. I regularly move this camera around to different outlets to get various views of my dogs during the day and it has no problems reconnecting to the network provided I am within a reasonable range of the wifi signal the device is on.One potential set back for users could be that, as with most internet of things items, it only connects to 2.4 GHz wireless networks. If you have a poor signal on your 2.4 GHz wifi, you might have issues.As other users have mentioned, occasionally the treat dispenser misfires and does not deliver a treat (sometimes because of the way the treats are situated in the device and sometimes because the motorized part does not actually go off which may be related to an internet connection issue). I usually just push the treat button again and it will dispense treats eventually, usually the second or third time in worst cases. I use the Zukes Mini’s treats, which will dispense multiples at a time but this works great for me because I have two dogs so it allows both time to get some treats.If you have an Amazon Alexa device, the Furbo works great to toss a treat by the voice command. My dogs have figured out when they get a treat by the Alexa command I use when I am home.I have never had a problem with the video streaming, unless the area I am in has a poor internet connection, but typically I find poor internet connections are more noticeable with the voice calling feature, as it always seems like my voice is very garbled coming out of the Furbo unless my internet connection is great (steady wifi connection versus spotty 4GLTE).

I love being able to watch my pug literally just sleeping for seven hours a day and my coworkers really enjoy the constant updates of me telling them where my pug is sleeping and forcing them to watch his small, fawn body laying in the same spot. I have learned that my cat must leave the house when I go to work because I never catch her on the camera. Maybe she has a job? It would be nice if she paid some rent. The treat shooting mechanism shoots small treats, which is fine for him, well maybe not for him because he’d prefer it shot pizza slices, but they’re the proper size treats for a smaller dog. A larger dog would need the treats launched at them more often. The launching mechanism does make a motorised sound that might scare some dogs, though mine doesn’t hear it at all and also doesn’t notice when the treats fly in his direction, he finds them later as if they appeared. Just remember to turn the camera off through the app when you get home because nothing is worse than accidentally opening the app and seeing yourself blobbing on the sofa.

I am a full time motorhomer, I have satellite internet. I bought this for days I have to leave these guys in a trailer for 10 hours (come to find out, I was more stressed about it than they were). Hardly uses any data. I get a bark alert, check on them and throw a snackie (which you can record your own greeeting for) and they are distracted and stop barking. I LOVE IT. I also found out my angel (terrier) was a little brat when I wasn’t there, and my little brat (poodle) was just chillin all day. Secret life of dogs!I was hesitant about the ratings for the syncing- I kept the box handy just in case I had to return. Synced perfectly, immediately to me and my husband’s phone (Samsung Note 8 and S8+, respectively). That being said, I saw on some reviews the customer service was great.

As the owner of a new puppy I couldn’t imagine how anxious I would be able leaving the puppy for the day. We have a dog walker coming in, but after a first bad experience (she pooped all over her crate because of nerves, I had to leave work early) I was in tears and thought that this just wasn’t going to work out. So then I made the leap into, what I thought, was crazy-pet-parent territory and bought a camera.Best. Purchase. Ever. It works like a dream. I was worried that it might not pick up because our wi-fi isn’t the strongest or the fastest, no problem. The app (mine is on an iphone) is very easy to use. The quality of the image, both regular and nightvision, is excellent. The audio is solid, there is a bit of lag, but that’s to be expected. We use her kibble as treats and it fires several at a time, which doesn’t bother me. We angled it so it shoots into her kennel.It is such a huge relief to see her whine for just a few minutes and then settle in to sleep for hours. I even talked to the dog walker through the camera when he arrived. The barking messages are great and Ginger Snap understands when those treats are going to fire. Customer service has been tremendous and the facebook group is fun too.If you’re on the fence, jump over, you won’t regret the purchase or the peace of mind.

I bought Furbo because I was getting major surgery and knew I’d be in the hospital for awhile. Even though my baby’s “daddy” would be home I couldn’t let my baby think I left him. So in the hospital I was talk to him, see him and of course give him his “scooby snacks”. I love Furbo! And once I can go back to work I’ll be using it there! If you love your baby like I do…I highly recommend Furbo!

Got the Furbo to keep an eye on my two dogs while I am away at school during the day. I thought it would be fun to see what goes on when I am not there. The dog treat option sounded like a good option to be able to play with them on my lunch break. Well… everything sounded good at the moment.Day one: excited to try my new toy, I leave for school but not first before checking the camera when I got into my car. It was so cute to see my little buddy rolling on the floor playing around, but I could not for the life of me see my other little terrier. Looking to the counter of the room, I found him! Squatting over, sh*tting on the floor. Running late already, I had to accept that pile of greatness will have to sit there and marinate in the sun all day. Rage filled my veins.Still day one but an hour later: got to work and settled in with my usual trip to the bathroom. Instead of flipping through the Instagram photos of everyone, I decided to creep on the pups, in hopes to play around with them. I figured I could flip them a treat and enjoy my purchase despite the newly added addition to my rug. I flipped the camera on and immediately got to see the true life of my pets while I am away. One was sleeping on the kitchen table, while the other chewed on my sandles. I was filled with so my joy to see them getting along so well. I decided to throw a treat and get them away from their fantastic behavior. BAD idea… the sound of the camera preparing to throw a treat sent chaos through their bones. They began tearing the house down running away. Immediately following the treat leaving the device, the scent hit there noses. This triggered their natural instinct. Kill or be killed. UFC 257 began with the winners prize being a small treat which now had rolled under the couch. Perfect! The fight lasted a few seconds and somewhere in the scuffle, a truce was signed and they teamed up on the quest to get the treat, which was now under my newly purchased couch. I saw the demonic look in there eyes and decided to close the app and focus on work before I had a stroke. I called the church for an exorcism to be held when I got home. Everything worked its way out and I have a new design on my rug with a nice aroma to complement the color.Camera works good. I recommend it to everyone. Just know the nearest church’s number. Oh have the camera throw edibles. Just my recommendation.
